Late/Early Policy

Traffic? Needed to Get Gas? Life Happened? We’ve all been there… The stresses of modern life is probably one of the reasons you’ve reached out and chosen to invest time in your wellness. Do yourself a favor and set aside time for traffic and other things that may pop up on the way to your session. Plan to arrive at the studio address 10 to 15 minutes prior to your session start time to allow ample time for parking and making your way to the studio.

Clients are seen by appointment only, so plan to arrive at the studio on time. If you arrive at the studio more than 10 minutes early, your provider may still be preparing for your arrival. Take a walk around the block or wait in your car so that you arrive on time. If you arrive at the studio more than 10 minutes late, the studio will have been prepared for the services you scheduled, but it may not be possible to complete your services in full. Accordingly, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time will have their appointments cancelled and may be charged a Cancellation Fee as noted in our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment time slots (including the time required to prepare the studio for your arrival and clean the studio after your session) is time entirely dedicated to you. When you cancel or reschedule your session without sufficient notice or do not show for your appointment, it may not be possible for us to find another client seeking services during the time slot we have set aside for you.  You may cancel or reschedule your appointments without penalty, provided you do so greater than 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Clients who request to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment start time or those clients who do not arrive within 10 minutes of the start time of their appointment will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the price of services scheduled (exclusive of any discounts). You authorize Method Bodywork to charge the payment card provided at booking to cover these Cancellation Fees. If a payment card is not on file, Method Bodywork will send you an invoice for any Cancellation Fees due and you agree to pay this invoice within 24 hours of receipt. At Method Bodywork’s discretion, clients with a pattern of cancellations will be asked to pre-pay for their sessions. Any cancellation of pre-paid sessions will result in a loss of the full pre-paid amount or credit. Please note that Method Bodywork enforces our Cancellation Policy regardless of the circumstances associated with your cancellation (i.e., “sick”, “forgot”, “stuck in traffic”, “something came up”, etc.).
