Directions

• Enter the Guest Parking Structure off of either 3rd or Broadway (see red arrows). You’ll enter through the vehicle driveway
• Walk to the Call Box in the middle of the garage by the white metal gate
• Press the [phone button] to the left of the numbers, then 0024 (press buttons HARD)
• Take the elevator to the 4th floor (press and hold "4" button until elevator moves)
• The studio is located in unit 4154

What NOT to Do

• Do not enter the building through the door between Everytable and Jimmy Johns or through the Guest Entrance off of Chestnut
• The elevator won’t work unless you are buzzed in through the call box

• Street Parking is suggested
• If your session is after 5 pm weekdays or on weekends, most clients have luck parking in the northbound Magnolia spots (across from the court house) or on Broadway.
• If you are unable to find street parking, there is a Guest Parking structure available for $12 (cash only in exact change). Enter the structure on either Broadway or 3rd Street.

It is the Client's responsibility to arrive on-time for their appointments! This includes accounting for things like traffic, the time required to find parking and make their way to the studio after arriving. Clients are encouraged to arrive 15+ minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their appointment to account for unforeseen occurrences that may happen.

Early?

We are generally able to accept you in through the call box/gate 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. If you have arrived more than 10 minutes early, enjoy Downtown Long Beach by taking a walk around the block.

Late?

Our Cancellation Policy requires that you arrive within the studio (i.e., sitting in the blue chair) within 10 minutes of your appointment start time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time will have their appointments cancelled, without exception. Refer to the full Cancellation Policy for details.
