~ If your session is today (or after 8:30 PM the day before), you'll get this link in the next 10 minutes.
~ Reduce or Eliminate caffeine and pre-workout intake
~ Take it easy at the gym
~ Drink 3 to 5 extra glasses of water
~ Go to bed early
~ Avoid all caffeine
~ Skip the gym
~ Continue to drink 3 to 5 extra glasses of water
~ Shower right before you come in
~ Avoid applying lotion, deodorant, cologne, or anything scented
It is your responsibility to arrive on-time for your appointment! This includes accounting for things like traffic, the time required to find parking and make their way to the studio after arriving. As a new client, you are encouraged to arrive 15+ minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your appointment to account for unforeseen occurrences that may happen.
Early?
We are generally able to accept you in through the call box/gate 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. If you have arrived more than 10 minutes early, enjoy Downtown Long Beach by taking a walk around the block.
Late?
Our Cancellation Policy requires that you arrive within the studio (i.e., sitting in the blue chair) within 10 minutes of your appointment start time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their appointment start time will have their appointments cancelled, at their expense, without exception. Refer to the full Cancellation Policy for details.
